Around this time last year, guests at Brasserie 9 acclaimed our White Asparagus Season, so Chef Ekapan has again opted to feature White Asparagus with Warm Egg Caviar, White Asparagus with Parma Ham, and White Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce among his Highlights of the Month. New for 2020 are White Asparagus Salad and White Asparagus Soup. We’re confident of winning yet more friends for asparagus, a vegetable as sweet as it is healthful!

Although it originated in 19th century Russia, this popular combination of sautéed beef and sour cream can still be described as authentically French. That’s because it is said to have started as Boeuf à la Stroganoff, a creation of French chefs employed by the prestigious Stroganoff family!
