Within less than two decades, our parent company, Bangkok Air Catering, has established itself as Thailand’s pre-eminent independent provider of inflight meals, as well as supplying food, beverage and related services to airline hospitality lounges.  Having started operation in 2006 at Suvarnabhumi Airport, BAC now has units on Samui and Phuket, sharing a maximum daily capacity of around 40,000 meals. Many of the world’s most famous airlines are among our business partners. In keeping with Managing Director Linus A.E. Knobel’s policy of smart diversification, BAC Chiang Mai will open in May 2019.

Perhaps the most ground-breaking of all our units, Gourmet House Culinary Care is dedicated to showing how fine culinary fare can help improve every experience, not excluding hospitalization. Raising the bar for premium hospital catering, GHCC flourishes in five hospitals within the Bangkok Hospital Group – at Soonvijai, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai and Khon Kaen. We not only provide food, beverages and specialist nutrition for patients. We also cater for functions and the Doctors’ Lounges, as well as offering restaurants and our Gourmet Lino coffee shops.
