Unmissable step after 3 weeks in Asia!!! Excellent dinner between father and son!!! The welcome is very warm and Chef Hervé Frerard took the time to come greet us and advise us. The service is impeccable and the teams are professional. I've been this great French chef for almost 20 years... from Bangkok to Singapore to Taiwan. It is always a great pleasure to share a moment with him and enjoy his traditional cuisine or his creations. I recommend its foie gras Nori Saké, sweetbreads ... and pancakes suzette!!!

C'est Magnifique! Brasserie 9 under the super talented Chef Herve Frerard is a breath of fresh are in the French fine dining scene of Bangkok. It had been too ,long since I had really good French fare that was both elevated and accessible like the dinner at the restaurant last night. Every dish was an absolute gem, with the set menu a construction of superior ingredients, exemplary cooking techniques and delicate presentation. The Blue Lobster Cream Soup, with Lobster Ravioli and Artichoke Foam floored me as it was plenty Umami and had the robust lobster taste I like in a bisque. The Pigeon Excellence Mieral with Beetroot Cooked in Salt, Broccolini Truffle Jus with Smoked Chocolate was astounding and let me know how little I knew of cooking pigeon. My limited experience of eating the bird had been the crispy, spicy type of Chinese cuisine. Chef Herve took another route, obviously, with very tender pigeon steaks paired with beetroot paste that balanced the flavors perfectly. to finish things off, I immensely enjoyed the Millefeuille, Baba and Montblanc of which the baba was soaking the foundation so addictively. The dessert paired nicely with the Martell Single Cru cognac. Service was friendly and spot on, with wonderful pacing and efficiency. This was a well-trained crew with high professional standards. I love the old-house atmosphere that was casual and inviting, the kind of place where you can come after work on a rainy evening to just chill and chat late into the night. Bangkok is no newbie to French fine dining but Brasserie 9, I thought, is bringing something unseen to the scene, with creative dishes that deserve repeat discoveries.

Very enjoyable meal. Booked without really investigating and was delighted to have accidently found this great restaurant. Though quite expensive, the food was of the highest quality and the service excellent, well worth the money. Didn't expect to be eating such cuisine in Bangkok!

Simply superb! Chef Hervé reigns there! For insiders I do not have to say more. Chef Hervè is undoubtedly one of the best French Chefs in town. The food is without exception very delicious and superbly prepared. Hence, this is the place to enjoy excellent food and drink an old, fine bottle to wine. This is place for great food.

Great. Luncheon Experience I had been to Brasserie 9 only once before a long time ago. But when my guests from England asked to eat French Food I remembered that this restaurant was in a lovely location and came highly recommended. We were all extremely delighted with the atmosphere of. The restaurant, service and extensive menu and wine list. The food was excellent and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend Brasserie 9 for a wonderful lunch or dinner. Prices are also reasonable

Brilliant service and attention to details Very good service, informed for dietary restriction (lactose intolerance), made some special arrangements for me. They took away most of the related ingredients for me and explained very detaily. Will definitely come back on my next travel to bkk.

Great experience Brasserie 9 was fabulous. Service was so exceptional that it felt like we had our own private dining staff. Pricing was more than reasonable and the menu was exactly what we had hoped for. Classic, casual French dishes, executed perfectly. Lovely space in a beautiful building topped off a fantastic dining experience. Can't wait to return. We live in the Thai countryside and will add Brasserie 9 to our must visit again places when in Bangkok.

Excellent food and friendly staff!! Excellent food!! We love duck cofit,Lobster bisque,apple tart with vanilla ice cream. Friendly staff both waitress and chef. They have chef table for dessert display!! We really enjoy it!!
