Delightful evening at Brasserie 9 We had a delightful evening at Brasserie 9 and thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. The restaurant has a charming Parisian feel, elegant without being formal, and the service throughout the evening was warm, attentive and professional. We started with the crab cake and frog legs meunière, both beautifully prepared and full of flavour. For the main courses, the organic Coq au Vin and the slow-cooked beef cheek were excellent — rich, comforting and cooked to perfection. The meal was accompanied by a lovely bottle of Côtes du Rhône, which paired wonderfully with the dishes. Dessert was equally enjoyable, with the apple tart tatin providing the perfect finish to the evening. A special thank you to Chef Chi and Khun Goong, who helped make the evening so memorable. Their professionalism, attention to detail and genuine hospitality were exceptional and added a personal touch to the entire dining experience. What stood out most was the consistency of the experience. Every dish was well executed, the service was polished, and the atmosphere made us want to linger a little longer over another glass of wine. A wonderful French dining experience in Bangkok and a restaurant we would happily return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic French cuisine, excellent wines and genuine hospitality.

Always the best... As usual, the lunch was perfect and not pricey. The Brasserie 9 is certainly one of the best French restaurants in Bangkok -- a hidden gem.

L’excellence de la gastronomie française à Bangkok Très belle découverte à Bangkok. La Brasserie 9 séduit dès l’entrée avec son cadre élégant, installé dans une bâtisse pleine de caractère, à l’atmosphère raffinée et chaleureuse. Le service est tout simplement irréprochable : attentif, professionnel et parfaitement maîtrisé, digne des grandes maisons françaises. Côté cuisine, le foie gras est exceptionnel, sans hésitation le meilleur dégusté hors de France. Une vraie réussite, tant sur la texture que sur l’équilibre des saveurs. Le coq au vin est lui aussi remarquable, généreux et profond, avec une sauce parfaitement travaillée qui fait toute la différence. Une adresse qui honore la gastronomie française à l’étranger, avec exigence et précision. À recommander sans hésitation pour une expérience authentique et élégante.

Not to be missed. The second visit to this beautiful restaurant. A clam space to relax and enjoy absolutely delicious food prepared by a chef who was welcoming and grateful for compliments given about the food prepared. On a personal note I have never had beef cheeks so perfectly cooked the tenderness is absolutely amazing. As a bonus if you have the Australian Amex Platinum card, the establishment is a member of the dining credit program (obviously not essential but a bonus). So many exquisite choices on the menu. Thank you for the food preparation and to the wonderful front of house staff. You are wonderful.
